Don’t worry, in this article, we will discuss everything you should know about a weekly and daily planner pad. In the end, you will have a pretty good idea about them, so you can decide if they are the right one for you.

Let’s start our journey into the world of Planner Pads. Come with me!!!

What Is A Planner Pad And Why Should You Use One?

The great thing about Pads it that they are simple, cheaper and have everything you need to plan your tasks on a daily/weekly basis. However, what fascinates me about them is that you can create your own Planner as you go. You can start buying some tear-off sheets for the first month, for instance, and then progress from there. It is a great opportunity to start into the habit of planning as you don’t need to invest a lot of money in a full planner. Doesn’t it sound interesting? They come in different sizes (A3, A4, A5) and designs. They are really focus on your daily life, to do list, reminders and appointments.

You know, everyone plans their week in one way or another. Even if it is all in your mind, even that, you have an idea what you need to do in that particular day or week, or what you want to accomplish. Some people note their weekly tasks on paper and others note them on their phones. Unfortunately, most people are unaware of the many benefits of a weekly planner, which would enable you to effectively manage your tasks, in both, your work and personal life, and you might become passionate about planners as I am. I already mentioned it many times in this blog, I can’t live without my planners. Just to note how important they are in my life, last week for some reason I couldn’t get my head around my tasks and I even bothered to write them down on my plan. The result??? I have a very confusing, unproductive and frustrated week. That’s just one real example, how important it is to have a planner, write down your tasks and stick to them, no matter what, even you feel not to. It makes a huge difference, indeed. By the way, I’m on track again 🙂

Back to our planner pad, I just wanted to give you some examples, how you can benefit from them and what you need to be aware of. So that, you can make a more consciously choice when purchasing your planner pad.

Arteza Daily Planner PadDaily Planner Pad:

Here is a really good daily planner pad you can use on a weekly basis. This Arteza Daily Planner Pad comes with 80 tear-off sheets. You have enough space to write down your daily activities, including goals, meal plan and taking care of your well-being. You can also use one sheet for your personal life and another for your work life. By the end of the day you can just throw it away. The downside is that you can’t track your progress, go back and see activities you have done in the past and also you don’t have space for doing any review of your week or things you need to improve. But definitely it is a really good start. Depends on your life style it can be the perfect one.

Have you seen them? They are incredible. I thing they are very useful for families to plan their weekly activities and put some order in their lives. Everybody will be aware of the activities each one is responsible for. I also really like those specific for Meal planner and shopping list. They are right in front of you. They are practical. Easy to clean and keep. There are some examples below. It is worth to check it out.

Benefits of Using a Planner Pad

As you can see there are many options out there. All of them can help you in so many ways. A Planner brings order to your mind. Make you thing about your activities and prioritize what is important. It helps to get rid of the feeling that you’re forgetting something. It helps you to live a better life.

Summing up, here are a few benefits worth to be highlighted:

  • Logically organize your day
  • Prioritize your activities
  • Increase your productivity
  • Help you to be on-time for any important appointment
  • Free your mind and boost your focus
  • Track/implement new habits
  • Write down some quick notes and reminders
  • Add groceries and meals for the week
  • Have a full view of your day or week
  • Separate you work to do list from your personal to do list using one sheet for each

The list goes on and on. By the end the day or week, you can just review your plan, throw that sheet away and prepare your following day/week. Isn’t that simple?

However, the downside of tear-off pad planners is that, most of them, are not designed to be carried everywhere. You also can easily loose sheets, or, in my case, use to many sheets, rewriting my daily/weekly plan. Also, if you like to note down everything in the memo of your phone, you might find it annoying, and some times get overwhelmed with the number of tasks that seems to be in your list. However, no one can deny the ease of writing your to-do list on paper and ticking it off as you go. I, personally, love to tick tasks off. I feel proud of myself and I have that sense I’m progressing towards my goals.

In my view planner pads are extraordinary tools to be kept in your desk, so you have a full view of your week and you easily can add tasks, reminders, notes, etc. Even the people who are glued to their gadgets believe that weekly schedule pads add more productivity and discipline in their lives.
