Believe me, there is a planner for almost everything. Would you be surprised if I say to you there is a planner for your pet? Sport planner? Run planner? How about a mindfulness and happiness planner? The list goes on and on. However, there are 5 types of planners that I consider as essential to my life and I think everybody should have in their lives too. I will walk you through each one of them below and, in the end, you might consider to start to use at least one of them. Of this you can be sure, the results will be nothing short of amazing.
If you have to choose just one planner, please, don’t’ excited, this is the one you MUST have. What do you want for your life? What are your big dreams? What is your purpose? How do you want to live your life? What are the goals you can act on now, not tomorrow or the day after, but now, where you are and with the resources you have? See, all those questions are essential to live a more fulfilled life. A Goal or Life planner can guide you through this process of self-discovery; to define clear goals and actions to help you to accomplish those goals and move to another level of your life. I can’t tell you enough about the importance to have clear goals. They help us to grow, to expand our souls. Take a minute, answer those questions, define a road map for your life. As I always say, do your best and leave room for the magic of the Universe to happen.
Most of the Life planners have a session of Self-discovery to guide you to answer those questions above plus specify what do you want your life to be like in one, two or five years from now, vision board, mind maps, etc. Then you get into more details and define your monthly, weekly, daily goals and activities. Also, almost all of them give you the opportunity to assess how you are progressing. If you are not happy with the results, change it. Life happens on a daily basis. We change, things change, so don’t be afraid to change/adjust your plan.
At the moment, I’m using Clever Fox Planner Pro. It is an excellent life planner that I truly recommend. I’ve been using it for a while and I’m very happy with the results. However, the choice is yours. Choose the one that suits your life style and do not overwhelms you. Keep it simple.
People are becoming more and more aware of the importance and benefits of incorporate the habit of gratitude in their lives. For me this is a key practice that I have adopted a long time ago. It is part of my morning ritual. It makes all the difference on my day. It keeps me on a high vibration and set my mind for the day.
The way it works is very simple. You just quiet your mind and write down things you are genuinely grateful for. I usually write down 10 things, but don’t be limited by numbers, just with the feeling of Gratitude. We have so much in your life to be grateful for. Start with small things like that hot coffee with your friends, a beautiful day in the nature, be grateful for your family, for your work, for your life. You can include things that already happened or things that you want to happen or accomplish. Just write down what comes to your mind in bullet points. A Gratitude Planner inspires you and helps you to be on track of doing it every single day. In the end, it is almost like a diary or journal as you write down all sort of good things that is happening in your life. Most of them comes with motivational quotes and they are beautiful designed. I really like them and truly recommend you to get into this habit. You will be amazed as how much it can change your life.
Yes, money, money, money. If you want to succeed in this area you need to have a planner. Those planners guide you to identify where your money is going, define monthly and weekly financial goals, budget it and track your actual expenses. However, they go much further, they help you identify what are your money habits and how you can replace them with good ones; What are your strategies to earn more money? Assess how are your progressing, wins and things to improve. I use a mix of digital and paper planner to plan and track my finance goals. It works very well for me and it will for you.
Definitely, if you have a specific financial goal, a Finance/Budget planner will help you to accomplish it. It is quite common, when you write down and see all your expenses, to discover that you spend a lot of money in that everyday coffee, and things that are not really important. The good news is that you can easily change the way you deal with money and start to spend it in a smarter way. Some budget planners even help you to change your paradigm in relation to money through positive affirmations. Everybody has the right to be rich. The more money we have, the more good we can do to ourselves, to others and to the world. Money just makes you a better person. We all want to lose a pound, eat better, have a healthier life. Those planners help 100% to achieve it. Be able to plan your meals and exercises, it is crucial to achieve your healthy goals. Meal Planners are practical, funny and keep you motivated as you can easily track your progress.
There are many options, but I really like the magnetic ones. I think they are easy to use, to change, to clean and most important, they are in front of me, in my fridge’s door.
I also like to use a digital shopping list. It helps me when I go shopping to make sure I got everything I need for the meals I have planned.

Your Attitude Will Dictated Your Results
Planners are vitally important but it is your attitude on a daily basis that will dictate the results you will get. Attitude is translated in your daily actions, feelings or mood. How you present yourself to the world. It is the compound of your mind and body. Yes, you have to have a plan, to act upon your plan, but you MUST have a positive attitude. Choose the right thoughts, believe in your goals, believe in yourself, believe in your success. Do not set your life for less. Dream big dreams. You know you can be, do and have whatever you want. There is no reason why not. Work with your imagination. Live a fulfilled and happier life.
Those are basic type of planners that I would strongly recommend to you to use in your daily life. As you have seen, the benefits are enormous. Do you want to be more productive, more focus, get better results, achieve you goals? Your methods are not working? So why not to give it a try.
Choose the right plan. If you are not into planners, start with just one. As I mentioned, start with the goal/life planner. If that is too much and will overwhelm you, start with a meal planner of even gratitude planner. Incorporate one at the time, once you have the habit to use one, then you take the next step.
